Steven's Ranch - Lot 6:

This house is coming along nicely - we installed the stair windows, drywall texture is complete, and exterior paint is in the works!

Remuda Ranch - Lot 57 & Lot 58:

These homes are complete and ready for a homeowner!

The Village at Castle Pines - Lot 32:

Trim is going in, working to get it all done this month! Custom closets and a custom pantry will make this home feel spectacular.

The Village at Castle Pines - Lot 48:

This week we have cabinets and the outdoor fireplace being installed - we LOVE a good floor to ceiling fireplace.

Sun Mountain Vista:

We have completed our FIRST home at Sun Mountain Vista! Check out how similar our initial rendering was to our completed product!
