Addition / Remodel:
We completed rough inspections and running the fire suppression pipes. There is a lot of work that needs to be inspected and completed behind the walls before we even get the OK to move into insulation.
Once insulation is completed, it will start to look quite different!
Perry Park - Lot 1:
Foundation has been poured, and we are ready to backfill!
Wildstone Ranch - Lot 10 (Outbuilding):
Flooring installation is scheduled for this week, cabinet delivery is next on the agenda, and exterior stone is being installed.
Legends Club - Lot 3:
Mechanicals are in progress, and we are working on completing the basement framing.
Legends Club - Lot 2:
Working through rough-inspections and siding will start next week!
The Village at Castle Pines - Lot 10:
Interior stone starting this week on the fireplaces and custom kitchen nook. Exterior stone crew will be finishing the caps and outdoor fireplace area as well.
