Perry Park - Lot 1:
First of all...these VIEWS are unreal at this lot.
We have set the forms / footers and will start pouring the foundation!
Wildstone Ranch - Lot 10:
At this home we are wrapping up with electrical, inspections are underway, and exterior stone and siding are going up. Are roofers are onsite working diligently to complete the roof install.
Wildstone Ranch - Lot 10 (Outbuilding):
Flooring installation is scheduled for this week, cabinet delivery is next on the agenda, and exterior stone is being installed.
Legends Club - Lot 3:
Mechanicals are in progress, and we are working on completing the basement framing.
Legends Club - Lot 2:
The bathrooms are starting to come together nicely with the tile installation.
The Village at Castle Pines - Lot 10:
Final trim is near completion and we are setting counertops and stairs today!
