Steven's Ranch - Lot 13:
We are working on installing stone and cedar siding! With beautiful finishes, high ceilings, and a huge back porch over looking the Front Range Mountains...we cannot wait to show you this home when it is done - it truly is a showstopper!
Stage Station - Lot 13 :
Framing is underway!
Grandwood Ranch - Lot 6:
We are working on the exterior siding on this home and have begun with the installation of the stairs!
Keene Ranch - Lot 127
Mechanicals are moving forward throughout the home.
HVAC and plumbing have been running lines and connections. Once done, the electricians will get in and start running wires and placing light boxes.
Keene Ranch - Lot 15:
Exterior stone continues!
The lighting fixtures and low volt team are currently in the home. It makes such a difference to see the lights go up and warm the space. Countertops will soon follow and we are all looking forward to seeing those in.
Bears Den - Lot 1
Such a fun step in the build process is when we start to add the homeowners personal touch to the home - interior trim accent walls, beams, beautiful lighting selections which act as jewelry of the home. We will continue with completing interior trim and the installation of lighting.
