Steven's Ranch -Lot 13:
We have this home wrapped with Tyvek to protect it from the harsh Colorado Weather. This week we have HVAC is going in and windows are being installed. Rough electric will begin next week.
On a side note: The Kitchen in this home is amazing - it has two kitchen islands, a HUGE dining space, a fireplace that is used as a statement piece, and not to mention...the VIEWS are incredible! This home is truly one of a kind and we can not wait to show you it when it is complete.
The Village at Castle Pines - 6439 Holy Cross - :
We finally had a break from the snow this week which is always a "win" for a builder. With the bright, sunny weather we were able to continue with the framing stage of this home. The walls are going up, roof is getting dried in, and this home is finally taking shape.

Foundation is complete - so let the framing begin!
Remuda Ranch - Lot 97:
Interior Trim is in the works! This is such a fun step in the build because it allows for customizing rooms with beautiful wood beams, accent walls, shelving, and etc. We do a walk with the homeowner and Trim Carpenter to let them custom design their closets. They get to draw on the wall exactly what their vision is and it is such a fun way to allow the homeowner to leave their fingerprint on their home!
Remuda Ranch - Lot 99:
This week we finished flooring, interior paint, and the basement bar - We are getting close to having this home complete..we just need someone to make this their forever home!
