Castlewood Ranch: 212 Calhoun Cir.
This week we began hanging drywall- drywall is used to produce the ceilings and walls and can be used to create architectural design features. Drywall can act as a fire resistant material, helping to contain and slow down the spread of a fire.
Fox Hill:
Fox Hill- what a beautiful piece of land! We have been a little delayed due to the inclement weather Colorado threw at us, but we are so thrilled to have started framing. With this home we knew we had to tap into the custom mindset so we integrated modern elements with the industrial farmhouse style. We are so excited to see this finished product!
Rooftop at the Meadows-Lot 5:
Appliances and final touch ups are up next for our last available Rooftop home. We've fallen in love with this color configuration and that stacked stone surrounding the linear fireplace never fails to impress!
Castle Pines Village- 5168/69 Le Duc :
While it's been cold outdoors, we've been focused on the details inside. We usually invite homeowners in for a Trim Walk, during which we walk through the standard closet layouts and customize specific areas. Sometimes it's as easy as adjusting heights and spacing; other times we draw custom floating shelves on the wall and play with creative layouts. We've got cabinets and trim installing this week at Castle Pines Village - what do you think of those colors?!
