Outbuilding - 2835 Red Kit:
The weather has been so hot and cold lately that we’ve been vigilant on when we can finish exterior finishes and interior concrete. This outbuilding will have expansive Mountain View’s from the great room. Almost three walls of operable windows will make this the next best venue for the summer!
Steven's Ranch - Lot 11:
At Steven's Ranch we are prepping for exterior stone and siding. This home is also being insulated and is getting ready to go into drywall.
Steven's Ranch- Lot 9:
This modern farmhouse rising in the view of Colorado's beautiful front range has electrical wiring in the works. This step can take a few weeks to complete in a home as it takes a-lot of time and planning.
Steven's Ranch - Lot 4:
An accent wall is something everyone should have in their home. It adds so much character to any space and why not make a statement!? We are working on trim this week, which includes; custom doors, installation of cabinets, accent walls and any customization a homeowner wants to add. This step in the process is our favorite because it's when the homeowner gets to add their special touch / finger print on their home.
