FOLLOW THE BUILD - April 24, 2020
Check out our progress at Adamo Homes with this biweekly update. From our spec homes to our semi-custom and full custom homes, there is a lot of action happening!
Tessa Mesa -
No one said painting was easy - we’ve spent the last few weeks making the walls in this home smooth and clean. While drywall texture can sometimes hide imperfections in the paint, there is no room for variance on shiplap. The reclaimed beams contrast nicely with the smooth white of the shiplap. Recently, we’ve been walking all of the light fixtures with the homeowners. The middle picture shows how we lay out our mirrors to then find the placement of the light fixtures.
The Village at Castle Pines: 5189 Copper Blush-
When we designed these exteriors elevations, we knew we needed the materials to match the modern architecture. The cedar planking in theory sounded like a nice accent pop - in person, these entry ways provide so much character and intrigue!
Greystone Towns -
Building 1025 - Accent walls are installed and are absolutely beautiful! Lighting fixtures have been installed, and it's so crazy how much a light fixture can really give the room so much character. We have began hanging mirrors, and our focus will then be to install carpet and then appliances.
Building 1005 - We are working on insulating the home as well as hanging drywall. We will then move on to mud and tape. Which then, allows for a smooth wall surface so paint and/or texture can be applied.
The exterior has been painted, and we just love how it turned out!
The Enclave at Shiloh Mesa -
We are working through dirt to prepare the land to get the main sewer lines in!
Sun Mountain Vista -
We are in the planning process, which takes a lot of time and effort to get a community launched. We are waiting to get in front of the City council for HOA purposes and then we can continue moving forward!
Check back in every other Friday for more updates!
