Steven's Ranch - Lot 6:
Garage doors have been installed, siding is going up, and rough electric has started! this home is moving along nicely!

Remuda Ranch - Lot 57 & Lot 58:
Lot 57: Light fixtures are being installed - bring on the jewelry of the home!
Lot 58: Interior paint has started.
On both homes, we have poured driveways!

The Keep - Lot 20:
Did you know that Trusses are typically prefabricated in a factory and then delivered to a job site!?
The trusses have been delivered and are ready to be installed - the trusses are designed to help support the roof.

The Village at Castle Pines - Lot 64:
We continue framing - trusses will be installed next week!

Roofing has started this week and we continue framing!

Sneak Peek at Sun Mountain Vista. Large kitchen with ample cabinet space. Soft close cabinets and subway tile standard!
Master Bath shower is tiled to the ceiling with 12x24 tile and a bench. Master vanity with two sinks in quartz. Also standard.
