Roofing shingles are being installed, soffits have been painted, and electrical has started!
Steven's Ranch - Lot 14:
The house is Tyvek wrapped to protect it from harsh weather!
Keene Ranch- Lot 127:
Interior stone is finishing up and really adding some gorgeous textures to this space. Curved ceiling treatment and structural beams add warmth and that distinctive Colorado flair.
The Village at Castle Pines - Lot 10:
Drywall hanging is almost complete! The next step is to mud and tape the seams, then add texture. The exterior courtyard fireplace is also taking shape.
Estancia:
Another one of our homes that is about to hit drywall texture! With high ceilings and killer finishes, we can’t wait to see it all come together.
