6436 Holy Cross
This plan is called "The Dunn" which is one of my favorite floor plans so far. This home is located in Castle Pines Village and backs up to the golf course! We are moving things along - loft deck is complete, cabinets and exterior stone have been installed. Trim is in the works and next week we begin to paint the interior of the home.
Remuda Ranch - Lot 99
A full site, means work is getting done - this week we are working on the rough plumb, HVAC, siding, and roofing. Next week, we will begin electrical.
Steven's Ranch - Lot 1
At Lot 1, we have all worked hard to get this home in tip-top shape and ready for NHO (New Homeowner Orientation). We schedule this about one week before closing with the homeowner to give them a run down on their new home and we use this time to find any last minute touch-ups that are needed before closing!
Steven's Ranch - Lot 2
Our focus this week was the exterior of the home - stone is complete and painting will follow! Interior trim is in progress, and cabinets will be delivered for install in the next week!
