We’ve been full steam ahead on this home, expecting to close and hand over the keys soon. Plumbers, electricians, and flooring install are all working around the clock to get these final finishes in. It’s so rewarding to see the interior railings go up, chandeliers installed, and flooring giving these rooms such beautiful character!
6436 Holy Cross -
Framing and Trusses are in progress at Holy Cross! Trusses are pre-fabricated, triangular wooden structures that help support the roof. The next step is to finish setting these trusses, and we are hard at work building the middle and gable truss by hand!
Outbuilding: 636 N Pines -
This outbuilding is also in the current stage of framing and setting trusses! The backbone of the home is where it all begins.
10205 Inspiration Point-
We finished installing the accent wall in the master bedroom. Accent walls are a great way to add a sense of excitement to your home and can help to pull a color scheme together.
