Mirrors, electrical trim, and finals all in these last few weeks before we finish = oh my! It’s been a group effort to get all parties to the table and finalize our punch out list. The barn doors are in and we are soon headed toward paint finals!
Steven's Ranch: Lot 5
Introducing another project at Steven's Ranch! We are so exciting to move ahead with this home and to build this homeowner the home of their dreams! This week, we have foundation walls poured and set and we are ready to move on to backfill.
Vivant: 8453 Merryvale Tr -
Here we have another start to what is going to be a beautiful home! We are in the beginning steps of the build process. Foundation is formed and poured and backfill is complete. Next up, framing!
Greystone Towns-
Both buildings are now painted! We just staged our finished spec townhome and it’s amazing how furniture shapes a room. Both buildings are closer to final finish on the interior - just waiting on electrical to finish up the front sidewalks and last few interior items! We’ll close the first two townhomes to happy home owners in June.
