FOLLOW THE BUILD - March 13, 2020

Check out our progress at Adamo Homes with this biweekly update. From our spec homes to our semi-custom and full custom homes, there is a lot of action happening!

Holy Cross: 6436 Holy Cross Ct.

At this point in the build, our VP of Ops Craig Smith usually takes the time to teach and explain different foundation needs and methods. We take soil conditions pretty seriously in Colorado, especially with the abundance of swelling soils/clay that exists under the ground. Whether you have a slab on grade or caissons, we make sure the recommended foundation is built true.

Castlewood Ranch: 6870 Groveton

We are putting the final touches on this home - who is ready to move in?!

Gold Hill Mesa -

1125 Lady Campbell-

This week, we are working on drywall which means the walls and ceilings are taking shape. Soon after, the interior finishes will start installing - can't wait to see the tile and cabinets!

1115 Lady Campbell-

Exterior paint and flatwork are in the works!

Uintah Bluffs: 940 Uintah Bluffs Pl.

We are wrapping up our last two homes at Uintah Bluffs in Colorado Springs. At this home, we are working on the interior trim. Interior trim can vary from home to home and can consist of crown molding, door casing, window casing, baseboard, chair rail, shiplap paneling, etc. Accent trim is a good way to add value and design without overspending.

11781 N Templin:

WE HAVE A ROOF! Soffit and fascia has been installed. Typically a soffit is used in the area beneath the eaves on the exterior of the house and its basic function is to help with attic ventilation. Fascia is used to create a barrier between the edge of the roof and the outdoors. These areas usually count as the exterior trim and get fun (or neutral) accent colors that compliment the main body color.
