Keene Ranch- Lot 15:
Move. That. Dirt!
That moody sky is the beginnings of a weekend blizzard of snow but we are still moving ahead with dirt excavation. We have a saying that “you can’t trust your feet” on the land before we dig; this is why! This basement will have 12’ ceilings and gorgeous views from the upper decks.
Outbuilding:
The beginning of a build starts with the land, and location of the “box” or outline of the plan on the land. The initial staking allows us to reevaluate location and position of the building with the homeowner. Some ideas are better on paper than in reality! Even so, we may walk the land multiple times before finalizing a location and angle.
Keen Ranch- Lot 127:
Exterior colors and materials drive so much of the home’s character that we have many different iterations of exterior elevations. This home will have a wonderful variety of exterior materials and a stunning elevation design. We will submit this color package to the HOA Architectural Review Committee soon and once we have that approval, we can move ahead on submitting for the permit!
The Village at Castle Pines - Copper Blush:
Foundation is in the works at Copper Blush. Without a solid foundation you will have trouble creating anything of value, which is why this is a very important step in the homebuilding process.
Remuda Ranch - Lot 11:
Our closing date is just around the corner and we are so excited to deliver the keys to the homeowners and welcome them HOME! This home came together so nicely and is located on a piece of land is surrounded by beautiful views.
