Bears Den - Lot 1:
Decking is being installed, flooring & tile going in. We have lots of texture in this home with many different tile designs. Interior trim is in the works - with a custom bookcase, built-in pantry and butcher block going in!
The Enclave at Shiloh Mesa :
This community is located in Colorado Springs and we are moving along on Building Number 8! On the interior, drywall is hung and we are prepping for paint on the exterior.
The Village at Castle Pines - Copper Blush:
5192 Copper Blush - We have landscaping going in which always helps to make the home feel complete.
5195 / 5196 Copper Blush - Dirt is moving and foundation has started!
5197 Copper Blush - The landscaper is installing a special window well which will provide additional light into the basement.

Framing, framing and more framing!
Keene Ranch - Lot 127
We are now dried in!
We’ve been working on fascia and soffit around the house, finishing up house wrap, and getting ready to start running HVAC.
This house will be a stunner!
Keene Ranch Outbuilding:
This is one of our many outbuildings we have in the pipeline!
Almost done here! Just a few last items to finish up and then we’ll be waiting for the summer BBQ invites. This outbuilding has plenty of space for tractors and an RV, while also inviting the creative side with slider doors to the front patio.
