Castlewood Ranch: Lot 7
We have started framing at lot 7 in Castlewood Ranch. It is important for framers to pay attention to the fine detail in the architectural plans. One mistake can cause unnecessary heartache down the road. Once it is safe to walk framing, we often add blocking (blocks of wood in between studs) for cabinets, specialized tv locations, and future barn doors to help support the weight of these items. Anticipating and knowing these important details is HUGE!
Fox Hill: Lot 13
Homeowners put so much time and energy into designing their home that it's nice to see the selections come together. From back patio railings to accent walls, every detail matters. This week, we added shiplap to the vaulted ceiling which brightens the space and draws the eye upward toward the vault. Who would of thought to put shiplap on a ceiling?!
Greystone Towns:
Dirt is moving! We are thrilled to have these townhomes located in Castle Rock and can't wait to deliver these to you!
Steven's Ranch:
We are PAVED- this took a little longer than we had planned, but who can really predict Colorado weather? With only 16 lots and breathtaking views, we know these home sites will go quick! Stay tuned as we break ground for a few upcoming builds.
Tessa Messa:
Our custom house at Tessa View is currently in the framing stage. We've been focusing on finalizing the electrical plan, catching framing changes, and readying the house for exterior materials. On a clear day there is a fantastic view of Pikes Peak off of the back deck!
