Castlewood Ranch: Lot 7
At Castlewood Ranch, we have finished framing, so we are moving on to the "knitty gritty" side of things- plumbing, HVAC and electrical!
Sanctuary at Peregrine: 2050 Safe Harbor
The Sanctuary at Peregrine is a beautiful neighborhood in Colorado Springs, we are currently have ONE available spec left and we are going out with a bang! This week we are working on the exterior features and detail of this home. The netting you see is called, Lathe which is what the mortar adheres to, to hold stone and siding in place.
Fox Hill: Lot 13
At Fox Hill, we are finishing up a few loose ends as this home closes in a few weeks. This week we finished up electrical, and installed all kitchen appliances. Carpet will be delivered and installed next week to help with the completion and last finishing touches of this home!
Tessa Messa:
Our custom house at Tessa View is currently in the framing stage in the great room- We are finishing up HVAC and plumbing, soon we will move on to electrical. We are so excited to see how the loft turns out, it will hold an entire wall of library books as well as a beautiful piano- talk about quintessential!
