Copper Blush
We’ve got walls up! The trusses will fly toward the end of this week but for now, the
framers are focused on the walls and general interior framing. It’s so exciting to see
a house take shape, especially a new floor plan that we’ve only drawn and
rendered. That corner grouping of windows at the front are my (Ashlee’s) favorite.
It’s a creative way to add intrigue, view, and natural light into these homes.
Steven's Ranch: 1560 King Mick Ct.
Holy Cow – How would you like to wake up to that view?! Windows and doors have
been installed, roofing is complete, and HVAC and rough plumbing is finished. Once
electrical is wrapped up, we can move on to insulation and drywall.
Castlewood Ranch: 6870 Groverton:
We spend so much time on interior design that is so rewarding to see it
finally installed! Backsplash is in the works, fireplace is being installed, and
prepping for the driveway has begun!
Shiloh Mesa:
MOVE THAT DIRT – our newest project in Colorado Springs has started and we are
preparing the land. Check out that beautiful view of the front range! Stay tuned to
see what we have planned in this community.
Tessa Mesa: 586 Tessa Mesa
In this house, there are hundreds of thousands of details. It’s custom from floor
plan to floor registers! Don’t you love these cedar garage doors?! They will be
stained soon but freshly installed, they add so much character already. Cabinets
have been installed, countertops are in process, and yes, we are still finishing
special trim features and shiplap. Fun Fact: This home has about a mile and a half
of shiplap material! In addition to a custom doggy door in the laundry, handcrafted
wainscoting in the pantry, and an accent wall in the master suite, our trim guys
definitely get to showcase their craftsmanship in this home.
