Fox Hill: Lot 26
We completed this home and closed right before Christmas. While we couldn't have anticipated how well-loved our newest Stapleton plan would be, we've been inspired by our buyers' input and interior design prowess after close.
Fox Hill: Lot 12
Exterior stone is in the works at lot 12! Drywall and texture are complete. Reclaimed wood has been delivered and we can not wait to see how beautiful these wood beams look once they are installed!
Inspiration:
Inspiration is at its next step for the foundation. Additional grading takes place as the foundation is filled with packed soil (back fill) and the edges of the house are built up to allow for better water drainage. The foundation is leveled out and the next step in the construction process can begin! This week, we also have the window wells set. Window wells are important for several reasons: emergency purposes as it acts as an escape route, prevents moisture damage to windows below grade, and allows natural sunlight to enter the basement.
Tessa Mesa:
We are currently still working on trim - a majority of these walls have shiplap and that is a labor of love in a house like this! Tile work is finishing - doesn't it look amazing!? We particularly love the master bath with its variety of shapes and colors. It gives that luxurious, high-end spa feel that makes you wish you had slippers and a glass of champagne.
