This week electrical is going in, and the back deck is in progress. The views from that back deck are going to be amazing!
Steven's Ranch: Lot 9-
Framing, framing, and more framing! If you can’t already tell by the shape of the windows, this home will be flooded with sunlight and plenty of grand height in the great room. The view is even better from the main deck and walkout patio - Devil’s Head, the Front Range, Dawson Butte, and blue sky for miles.
Outbuilding-426 Bell Star -
Now that house wrap is on, the next step is to add the fascia and soffit material to the exterior. We’ll add the gable beams as well.
586 Tessa Mesa:
Now that we’ve (mostly) completed drywall, the custom accents that bring character to a house come into play. The homeowners wanted to build custom shelving for this basement bar, which will one day include a kegerator and a pool table. We’ll fit glass shelving after powder coat and final measurements.
The built-in bunk beds for future guests will also have built-to-fit rails. We love how this piece turned into a furniture feature in the basement. The stairs keep access easy and clean (instead of a ladder), and the stairs allow for book shelves for the bottom bunk!
