Grandwood Ranch - Lot 2:
This home is tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood called Grandwood Ranch, surrounded by towering pine trees allowing for an abundance of privacy - THE perfect location for a new build!
This week, we have currently completed HVAC and electrical is wrapping up.
Keene Ranch - Lot 127:
Thermory is a low-maintenance wood alternative to the nickel gap/T&G cedar siding that many of our homeowners love. It’s currently getting installed on this custom home and we are excited to see the exterior get some color!
Grandwood Ranch - Lot 43:
Interior paint is happening this week, and we are working on installing the electrical & plumbing fixtures. Interior stone will be installed the following week!
The Keep - Lot 20:
The crazy Colorado weather has been wild already this year, but we continue to push through - framing has begun!
