Castle Pines Village: 6435 Holy Cross -
In Castle Pines Village we are building one of our newest floor plans - The Taylor. This home will be a beautiful farmhouse taking full advantage of the views from the top of Castle Pines. This week we have completed HVAC and electrical, and the roof is in progress.
Remuda Ranch: 5023 S. Perry Park Rd -
This home at Remuda Ranch is coming together so nicely, and will be the first home to be complete in our newest community! Tile, wood beams, and cabinets are have been installed this week.
Steven's Ranch: Lot 11-
Trusses are up! We will continue framing in the next week, and then next up, dry-in. We will begin to waterproof the home. Windows and garage doors will be installed, we will prep roof for shingles, and then Tyvek the entire exterior of the home.
Keen Ranch:1364 Colt Circle -
Welcome to the next ski hill in Keene Ranch (ha)!
The Adamo team (including surveyor, excavator, and operations) went out to site to walk the proposed driveway for these new homebuyers. It’s still a bit of work to get the driveway on paper, but it’s even more important to see it staked on the land, follow the twists and turns to make sure it makes sense.
Fox Hill- Outbuilding:
We have movement! We have excavated and poured the foundation footers for this new outbuilding in Fox Hill.
There will be large windows, walls of sliding glass doors to the back patio, and plenty of gorgeous modern finishes on the interior.
