Castlewood Ranch - 212 Calhoun Cir.
This house is coming along nicely- Hardi plank siding and asphalt roofing are both complete, and we are currently working on the electrical items inside the home.
Keene Ranch:
We are so ecstatic on how this home turned out! The details and color palette came together so nicely allowing for a peaceful setting throughout the house. The limited light fixtures help emphasize and represent the natural light provided from the windows within the house.
Castle Pines Village- 5168 & 5169 Le Duc:
At Le Duc Drive, we are completing laterals which includes electrical and gas lines (see trench), along with all the roof tile work. We've also started stocking and hanging drywall. This is the point where the house truly starts to take shape - no more see-through walls and drawings on the studs.
Uintah Bluffs Place-929 Uintah Bluffs :
This home is nearly complete. The cabinets, countertop, and light fixtures have all been installed. We love the stone work on the island and the tile backsplash that runs all the way to the ceiling.
