Remuda Ranch - 5023 S Perry Park:
Remuda Ranch is a beautiful piece of land located in the foothills of Sedalia. With gorgeous views of the proud red rock formations, and wildlife roaming through your back yard, this is where you want to be. This is our first home being built at Remuda Ranch. This week, countertops were installed, stone was installed as an accent wall and on three fireplaces within the home.
The Village at Castle Pines- 6435 Holy Cross:
This beautiful farmhouse is moving toward completion. Our focus this week is the exterior - decorative trusses have been stained, and stone is being installed.
Steven's Ranch- Lot 11:
Steven's Ranch is located in Bell Mountain and has amazing views of the front range Mountains. At Lot 11, we are installing windows and plumbing will begin next week.
Steven's Ranch- Lot 4:
At Steven's Ranch we are building a great modern home with windows as magnificent as the views they unveil! And as the weather warms, its spacious decks are sure to bring in the fullness of the Colorado front range throughout the beauty of the spring, summer and fall seasons. This week we continued to push through the crazy Colorado weather and began duct work and hanging drywall.
