Steven's Ranch - Lot 6:
Rough plumb is in the works, windows have been installed, and fire protection is complete.

Remuda Ranch - Lot 57 & Lot 58:
We are working on final trim and are getting close to the finish line of completing these homes! There are so many beautiful features in this home - stone accent walls, wood slatted stairwells, glass office doors! We cannot wait to share this final product with you.

The Keep - Lot 20:
We continue to frame this house - truss installation to follow!

The Village at Castle Pines - Lot 64:
Trusses have been installed and as we finish up framing we will then move onto the mechanical rough- ins ( plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and etc).

We continue with framing this week!
