Steven's Ranch - Lot 6:
We are making a dent...quite literally as excavation has begun! Excavating plays a vital role in the success of the overall build as it prepares the site allowing for a solid base for the new structure / home.
Steven's Ranch - Lot 13:
Concrete has been poured, cabinets installed, and interior beams have been placed! on the exterior we are working on completing the cedar siding and will begin to stain it. This home is going to be absolutely beautiful!
The Keep - Lot 20:
A very important step in this process is that we place the home on the lot which makes the most sense to the homeowners in a way that fits their lifestyle. With that being said, we do a "Stake Lot Walk" with the homeowners allowing them to be apart of the process!
The Village at Castle Pines - 6437 Holy Cross Ct:
We are finishing up with exterior paint this week and have the roof stocked!
Bears Den - Lot 1
Lots of interior masonry work at this home this week! We are loving the beautiful accent wall at the wet bar.
